Le Maximum by Pathos are shovels made using ultra-pure carbon fibers, heat-treated for 36 hours and under pressure for another 24. With this process, in addition to having a totally smooth and frictionless blade, you get strong and incredibly responsive blades. The weave of the outer fibers is made with 285-T4 4X4 carbon, this eliminates wrinkles, cracks and distortions, promoting complete resin absorption, while the inner weave uses 285-T2 2X2 carbon. The design of the inner weave is designed and manufactured to ensure rapid recall and force transfer throughout the length of the blade, so that there is more elasticity and responsiveness and efficient and functional thrust with less fatigue. Le Maximum shovels are equipped with constant water rails, which direct water displacement, and a Falp-Shaped edge that adds power at the end of the flat, allowing the diver to use less power and save energy.
